​These very small-group workshops (max 6 delegates) will help you create a marketing strategy to drive the  growth and improve the reputation of your school or trust.

Workshops cover the key areas of of stakeholder managment, market research, branding, reputation management and finding and sharing the impact of marketing - all in the context of schools. The workshop will also give you the time and support to create a marketing strategy to support your school or trust's objectives, including 30 minutes follow-up support per delegate. Book online above or email to request an invoice for your school.  Workshops run from 9.30am-3.30pm.

Simon Hepburn spent 10 years working in marketing in industry and consultancy and holds an MBA from Henley Management College. He managed a £1.5m advertising budget for recruitment company Reed, advised Vodafone on improving its image as an employer, and developed a new practice in one of the UK's leading reputation management consultancies, Communications Management. He then retrained as a teacher at the Institute of Education, London, and spent 15 years working as a teacher and Head of Department in both state and private schools. He has worked with over 350 schools, delivers marketing training for the Institute of School Business Leaders and is the author of two books - 'Marketing Your School' and 'Recruiting Teachers'.
 

Those in charge of marketing in a school or trust - School Business Leaders, Marketing or Communication Directors, Heads of Communication, Chief Operating Officer and equivalent - who are looking to drive growth and reputation. 

Those with little previous marketing or communications experience who are responsible for day-to-day communcations activities should consider attending the Communications and Events Management Workshop as well as this  workshop. 

This course is limited to 6 delegates per session and includes 30 minutes post-course support for each delegate.
